This was our 3rd Pillows & I think the best so far.
Absolutely wonderful evening meal & delicious generous breakfast.
The room was great but the only thing I would like Pillows to do is to have at least the possibility of brighter light in the bedroom. Even with all the lights on the rooms are too dark.
The spa was lovely for a quick dip in the pool & a sauna.
Friendly staff. Good location.
We parked in the public car park on the Ramenstraat which was very convenient.

Excellent stay - lovely hotel, a stones throw from the main sites in Ghent. Friendly service, clean, modern and spacious rooms and great spa facilities! We didn’t have breakfast but did enjoy a delicious lunch at Olivier’s bistro before departure.

During a recent business trip to Ghent, I had the pleasure of staying at Pillows Hotel, and it exceeded expectations on every front. The property strikes a rare balance between historic charm and contemporary elegance. The preservation of the original architecture is masterfully complemented by a refined modern design, creating an atmosphere that is both inspiring and comfortable.
The library lounge is a true asset—quiet, (could be better curated), and ideal for focused work or relaxed reflection. The wellness facilities, including a serene sauna, an immaculate pool, and a well-appointed gym, provide excellent opportunities to unwind after a demanding day.
Breakfast was outstanding: fresh, varied, and impeccably served. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently professional, courteous, and highly responsive—service at its best.
Pillows Ghent is a prime example of how business accommodation can be elevated to an exceptional experience. I look forward to returning.

Incredible hotel. Stayed 3 nights in early May and couldn’t fault it. Service top tier, English speaking. Booked the standard rooms but was bigger then expected with large walk in showers. Breakfast was one of the better continental breakfasts we’ve had in Europe so would recommend booking.
Location was also the best for sightseeing and travel between cities
If staying here would recommend using uber to get to gent station as it’s cheaper then the tram

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff are exemplary.
We decided against having breakfast at the hotel as we thought 35 euros per head, for 2 small appetites, was extortionate. Especially when you can walk a few minutes and get a croissant and great coffee for 5 euros at the riverside.
